Every learner remains connected to Noor ul Saqalain Academy throughout enrollment, teaching, progress communication and safeguarding support.
Female teachers teach female students and young kids. Male teachers teach male students. Assignments are managed by the academy.
Teacher identities, submitted qualifications and relevant documents are reviewed before a permanent teaching appointment.
We do not publish fictional teachers or credentials. Every completed profile will show only real, academy-verified information.
A parent or guardian may observe a child’s trial class and remain aware of lesson times and academy contact routes.
Female teachers’ classes are observed ONLY by female guardians (mother, sister, aunt) — never by male observers.
Fathers stay fully informed through written progress reports and can speak with teachers via official academy channels.
Female teachers choose whether their camera is on or off — screen-share teaching is our standard.
Observers join with camera and microphone off for silent, zero-disruption observation; their attendance remains visible to meeting participants.
Quality audits of female teachers’ classes are conducted by our female academic supervisor — never by male staff.
Scheduling, fees, teacher changes, feedback and safeguarding concerns stay within official academy-managed channels.
Student and parent names, contact details, records and lesson information are never shared outside authorized academy use.
Founder’s vision & service
Sardar Hasnain Haider is the Founder & Director of Noor ul Saqalain Academy. A devoted sana-khwan of the Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.) — reciting Noha, Naat, Manqabat and Marsiya — and a kalam writer, he founded the academy to bring structured, authentic Shia Quranic education to families worldwide. His vision is a modern, safe, and caring online learning environment where every child learns the Quran with qualified, verified teachers. He brings a professional technology background to building that experience.
His role is to guide the academy’s vision and management in service of the deen—building a trusted platform that connects families with qualified Shia teachers. Academic authority remains with those verified teachers and the academic supervisor.
The academic heart of the academy is its teachers — selected through interviews, live assessments and document review. Approved public profiles are published only after the academy authorizes their details.

As Academic Supervisor for the female wing, she oversees female teachers’ training and class audits, reviews the female-wing curriculum, and guides students’ religious questions.

Demonstrate recitation, pronunciation, Tajweed knowledge and the ability to correct a learner clearly.
Document verification — certificates, ID and credentials are verified.
Sign the code of conduct, safeguarding, confidentiality and anti-poaching terms before the first class.
Complete supervised trial classes and performance review before permanent appointment.
Monthly earning potential
(up to $300+ full-time), paid monthly and on time, plus $15 monthly loyalty bonus for 95%+ attendance with no complaints.
Detailed class rates$2 per 30-min class, $3 per 45-min Hifz & group class.
Teacher assignment: Female teachers are assigned to female students and young kids; male teachers are assigned to male students. The same six-step hiring process, pay and signed agreement apply to every teacher. Appointment remains subject to verification, trial-class performance and available student demand.

Clear boundaries, safer learning
These standards keep every student connected directly with Noor ul Saqalain Academy and establish professional boundaries for teachers, families and staff.
Enrollment, scheduling, attendance, fees, feedback and teacher changes are managed only through the academy. Families should not arrange private classes or make payments directly to a teacher.
Teachers may not privately recruit, transfer, tutor or accept payment from students introduced by the academy, or exchange personal contact details for off-platform teaching.
Approved channels, age-appropriate conduct, guardian involvement and careful handling of personal information are required throughout the learning relationship.
Prices, billing dates, refunds and cancellation terms must be confirmed before enrollment.
